When asked for a solution, we first dig deep into the questions. We ask more than you would expect. Often we will talk to your suppliers or even your customers. In many cases they have clear ideas how to improve things. And they know other people, who know other people... We have a large network in the industry but are also easy in making new contacts. We combine our own brain capacity with the ideas of experts from the various fields in the industry.
We combine knowledge about mechanics, electronics, computer science, telecommunications, systems and control science, we can truly call ourselves ‘mechatronic’ experts. Which gives us a pretty broad base to come up with good ideas that help our clients.
Needless to say that we can also take care of CE certification.
Product Assembly
We assemble according to specific instructions of our clients. Upon request we can also take care of purchasing all the necessary parts. For some of our clients we do extensive testing before they move towards production on a large scale. We have the necessary equipment to deliver accurate, reliable service.
Proces optimisation
Solutions are often found in small details. We talk to suppliers to discuss the effect of volumes. We know a lot of companies within our network that may use similar techniques as our clients, but with a slightly other angle that could just make the difference. We examine techniques within the value chain and often come up with surprising findings.
